Volunteers are at the heart of Eden Gate. Our small staff team is supported by dedicated people who give their time, skills, and compassion to help us serve some of the most marginalised in Newport. Without them, we simply couldn’t do what we do.
Volunteering with Eden Gate is an opportunity to:
- Make a real difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness.

Volunteering is flexible — shifts can be booked or adjusted online, and there’s no minimum time commitment. Many volunteers give just a few hours each week.
Eden Gate is a Christian charity, but you don’t have to be a Christian to volunteer. The application process is simple and usually takes no more than two weeks.
